Select your preferred DIY calendar date layout
Once you have selected the date layout you will be directed to the DIY online calendar designer where you will be prompted to choose the starting month and year of your calendar.
Please note once you have chosen a date layout and started adding your pictures you are not able to switch to another date layout.

Add captions and memorable dates
When you have finished personalising your calendar click the ‘Preview’ button.
Note the on-screen preview is low resolution. If any of the images you have placed are low print quality you will be alerted prior to ordering.
If you are happy with your calendar preview, click the green ‘Order’ button - you will be prompted to sign in or register.
You will be alerted to any potential issues with your calendar such as low quality images and empty text boxes.
Once you have confirmed you are happy with the calendar you will be prompted to give the calendar project a name.
Once in the shopping basket, you can select product options e.g. whether your calendar is 7 leaves (double sided) or 13 leaves (singled sided). You can also add extras such as envelopes.
You can select your shipping and billing address. Delivery to UK mainland is free.
Payment - all users are automatically set to ‘Pay later’.
Payment is not required until you have received and approved your free printed proof. If you have an approved credit account with us we will email the invoice on despatch of your full order with payment due within 15 days.
Any available discount will be applied automatically to the total order value and appear on the ‘Payment' screen.
If you have ordered from us before you are entitled to a Loyalty discount please enter the code on the ‘Payment’ screen.
Proof approval & payment
Proof acceptance form If you are happy with the printed proof and wish to proceed with production of your full order please complete the proof acceptance form. Please note unless you have an approved credit account with us we will also require full payment before production can commence*.
Making changes to the free printed proof Should you decide to make changes to your proof please notify us at email@example.com . We will cancel your order and you will then be able to login to your account, duplicate the design, edit and process a new order.
Cancelling your order after you have received a free printed proof Should you decide not to proceed with the main production run please contact firstname.lastname@example.org . We will cancel the order with no charge and send you a postage paid envelope to return the calendar proof.
*Payment Unless you have an approved credit account with us payment is required before production of your full order commence. You will receive an invoice by email on receipt of your proof acceptance form. The invoice can be paid by credit/debit card or by bacs. If you have an approved credit account with us we will email the invoice on despatch of your full order with payment due within 15 days.
Standard delivery to UK mainland is approximately 10 - 15 working days from receipt of your printed proof approval AND payment unless you have an approved credit account.
Should you require delivery by a specific date please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Please note that whilst we will endeavour to meet all requests depending on your exact requirements and our work load there may be an extra charge for expedited delivery.
Calendars are bulk packed and dispatched where possible via DPD local. You will receive email notification the day of despatch and on the morning of delivery with a 1 hour predicted delivery slot. Should the delivery date not be convenient DPD provide many options for you to rearrange delivery.
In the unlikely event that you receive the calendars and they are damaged or faulty please contact us immediately to discuss replacement.
