Bespoke calendar design service - order process


 

 

 

If you choose the bespoke calendar design service we will create your calendar for you! All you have to do is complete an order form and send us your images and logos - please follow the instructions below.

To get started please click the Bespoke Calendar order form below. Please note this order form should not be used for any DIY online designer products.

Send your files

Two

Name all images by the month you wish them to appear i.e. Jan, Feb, Mar.

If you require more than one picture per month name them Jan 1, Jan 2, Jan 3 etc.

If you have different logos/adverts for each page then these should also be named accordingly e.g. Jan advert. If you have a logo you would like to appear on each page you only need to supply this once.

Other information about your calendar such as a design brief and image captions can be supplied in a text document such as Microsoft Word.

Once you have all your files ready, click on the ‘Send your files’ button below and follow the on-screen instructions.

When the transfer is complete you will receive an email notification. You will receive a second notification when we have downloaded your files.

Proofs

Once we have created your calendar we will email you a lo-res proof for approval.

Any corrections that are required to the first proof will be done FOC and a new pdf will be sent for approval.

Further corrections will be charged at £25 including a new pdf proof.

A printed proof for final approval will be sent to you, once the pdf is approved a proof acceptance form must be completed.

Delivery

Standard delivery is approximately 15 working days from receipt of your printed proof approval and payment if you are a non account customer.

Should you require delivery by a specific date please contact us to discuss. Please note that whilst we will endeavour to meet all requests depending on your exact requirements and our work load there may be an extra charge for expedited delivery.

Calendars are bulk packed and dispatched where possiable via DPD local. You will receive email notification the day of despatch and on the morning of delivery a 1 hour predicted delivery slot. Should the delivery date not be convenient DPD provide many options for you to rearrange delivery.

After delivery

In the unlikely event that you receive the calendars and they are damaged or faulty please contact us immediately to discuss replacement.
